Clean Fuels Missouri (CFM) is a statewide collaborative network between EMACT, OCFC, and KCCC advancing clean transportation solutions through partnerships, innovation, and shared resources. Built on the foundation of U.S. Department of Energy designated Clean Cities and Communities coalitions, CFM brings together stakeholders across Missouri to support the deployment of alternative fuels, advanced vehicle technologies, and energy-efficient mobility solutions.
Our stakeholder network includes fleets, fuel providers, community organizations, businesses, and state and local agencies working together to reduce emissions, improve air quality, and strengthen energy independence. Through this collaboration, CFM connects local efforts to national expertise, ensuring communities across Missouri have access to the tools, knowledge, and support needed to move transportation forward.
